Anyway you could post your settings? I've tried using revision 4771, and enabling Dual Core, TLB Hack, and optimizing quantizers. For whatever reason, if I even mess with the video section, it puts this weird tie-dye fog over the screen. Regardless, the game still runs at a barely playable speed (roughly 10 - 15 FPS)

My specs are...

Pent. Dual Core, 2.2 GHZ
3 gigs of RAM
Nvidia GeForce 8808 GT (with 512 video RAM)
Newest version of DirectX and video drivers.

Appreciate any help!

hm, the colors look strange. Have you tried "safe texture cache"?

Yeah. I had clicked on every tab aside from "use XFB." Hell, I've even tried using the other plug-in, Gamebooster, and other versions of Dolphin from Orleans. The only reason I believe that my system can run it is because of this particular video...

Though, I do see that his system is slightly better than mine, my roommate has a rig that's better than his with...

CPU: Intel Core Duo 2.53 ghz
RAM: 4 gigs
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Video Card: 1 gig Nvdia GeForce GTX 260 M

And it still runs at the same FPS as my own. I dunno, either neither of my computers can run it properly, or I'm using the wrong settings.
