well, i uploaded a gameplay video and some screenshots, finally someone is interested in this game(i was surprised that no one even asked about it) so finally i do it. Remember to do the calibration in the options or extra menu (i dont remember). In you wanna play with your controller then you gotta do a lot of work, just remember to put in wimote extention on the wiimote plugin as guitar hero guitar, after that you gotta use joytokey and map each button with the ones you choose from the wiimote config, well... search in google for that, is very similar as playing guitar hero 3 on pc with a joystick.

almost forgot, dont try to play this game with a resolution higher than 1024x768 because for some reason i dont know it will crash forever, and also uncheck use panic handlers in the configuration (on dolphin of course) becuase errors will pop up sometimes and interrupt your gameplay and with that unchecked they wont.

Confirmed and AWESOME. It has severe sound effects issues and there are graphical glitches up the wazoo (lighting in particular is nearly non-existent), but it's actually very playable if you calibrate it in the options menu first.

As for the above poster, the Wii version is better. It has more options and you should also be able to get DLC of more songs working in Dolphin.
