Wii Remotes unselectable over netplay in 5.0

Earlier today, a friend of mine and I downloaded Dolphin 5.0 and decided to play some games with each other over netplay. When we were playing a GCN game (Super Smash Bros. Melee), everything was working fine. However, when we decided to play a Wii game (Kirby's Return to Dream Land), we noticed that the option to select a Wii Remote port was missing entirely. The problem seems to persist regardless of which one of us is the host. This is a screenshot of what it looks like on 5.0, and this is what it looks like on 4.0-7840. I didn't put this in the Controllers board because this doesn't seem to be an issue with the controllers themselves, as mine works just fine solo and I doubt my friend's is any different.

The Wiimote support for netplay is broken, so it has been disabled so nobody will select it and expect it to work.
