Wii Remote won't connect

I just bought a new Wii remote from Wal-Mart, and it does not want to connect to my computer like the old one did. It comes up as "Nintendo RVL-CNT-01-TR," which looks different than the old one. When I try to pair with it, my OS says that the Wii Remote is refusing the pairing attempt.

The difference from the old controller is that it has a Wii Motion Plus inside of it.

Just a friendly heads up, there is a thread spanning 47 pages regarding the TR Wiimote a little further down the thread page in this subforum, you should have looked at that before creating a new thread Anyway, heres the link:

Though i don't have a TR wiimote, as far as i know, there are fixes for your issue in that thread.

I created this thread because the other one only has a solution for Windows, and they don't mention Mac OS X anywhere that I've seen.
