Hi.
New person here. I have a Dolphin Bar plugged into my HTPC and use two Wii Remotes in mode 4 as actual Wii controllers on Dolphin 5.x. I also use an XBox One controller (newest wireless model) for Gamecube control. For Wii games is it possible to use the XB1 controller on those titles that support Classic or Classic Pro control modes without manually disabling Wii Remote settings?
I'm referring to this section in the guide: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?t...al_Wiimote
It appears that I can use a custom emulated controller setting or use "Hybrid" and select an appropriate extension in the dropdown. But I see that there is no option to set an extension when using the real Wiimote setting.
My preference:
- The game that supports a Pro controller can be custom set to use the XB1 instead of the Wiimote without making manual changes.
My suspicion:
- This is not possible using the Dolphin Bar. It may be possible, however, to purchase an *actual* classic controller and plug it into the Wiimote and connecting via the Bar.
Could someone clarify what's do-able and not do-able for me?
Thanks very much.
