WII remote to PC

If I buy WII remote and nunchuck, what else I would need to make it working on PC with Dolphin?

You will need USB bluetooth adapter. They can be very cheap, from $1 to about $5-8 at the most.

what is sensorbar? how it loooks? is it wii thing or like a adapter to PC?

A sensor bar is just a little plastic bar that sends out a infrared signal for your wiimote to pickup and send the signal from the wiimote to the wii/pc (bluetooth dongle).
