Wii remote recognized but doesn't work in-game

The describes my issue as well...I figured it was related to my BT dongle but I guess it may not be after all.....

i finally figured that I push alt F5 enough it will work eventually, sometimes for 5 seconds, sometimes for 5 min. i have to continually press alt F5 sometimes.

Does the nunchuck work fine? What BT device do you use?

Yes, nunchuk is functional, Asus Bt211

Edit: I'd like to note that it is functional, but games are not playable due to the random disconnects.

Same here. What's going on??? This was working fine a few weeks ago but now after pairing, nothing in game. I did uninstall/reinstall the bluetooth driver last week so I think that reset something and now it doesn't play nicely with Dolphin. Sad

Same problem here. I've tried 4 official wii remotes, the windows, toshiba and bluesolei stacks, as well as multiple revisions of dolphin v3 and one old copy of v2. What's going on?

i thought it might be the generic wiimote+, but you are having same problem with original controller.....
