I've managed to connect my wii remote to my laptop to make it work. I had to manually download a driver because for some reason, windows didnt install any drivers which would result in the device not appearing in 'Devices and Printers'. The wii remote works fine with the laptop but it does not work when I select "Real wiimote" in dolphin config. I'm pressing 1 +2 and everything, but it just says "wiimote 1 is disconnected", i've tried the alt f-5 but it just says disconnected after saying its connected. It also doesn't seem to work with hybrid. However, it works with emulated wiimote. My question is, is there any difference between using the emulated wiimote and the real wiimote? I can just configure it to all my wii's buttons. My wii remote is legitimate but I have a fake nunchuck which didnt work even in emulated wiimote, so i pretty much need to buy a legit nunchuck right? Also, I want to know if I can use a USB wii sensor bar to register wii remote movements on my laptop and whether this will work with the emulated wii remote setting in dolphin ( taking into consideration that the config is properly set)?
