Wii Remote Plus not connecting! (Skyward Sword Wii Remote Plus)

I've tried everything. I'm desperate. I've tried the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack (Even though I have Windows 10). With the Toshiba Stack the wii remote didnt connect at all. With the Windows 10 BT Stack the remote will connect properly and everything but dolphin will not detect the motionplus inside of it. Ive tried running non motionplus games and theyve seemed to all run fine. When I boot up Skyward Sword however, it gives me the "connect your motionplus and nunchuck" prompt. I have the Skyward Sword remote plus which is the type of remoteplus before the -tr version came out. When I connect the remote, it shows me Nintendo RVL-CNT-01. Do note that I am trying to use hybrid wiimote settings, to use a XB360 controller to emulate nunchuck functions. Please help me I will love you forever

I'm guessing Hybrid Wiimote is the problem. It's not really a feature that works well.

I'm playing with Nunchuck and have same problem. Motion Plus in most time is not detected. Funny thing - I have save state in main menu from Skyward Sword (Motion Plus is working maybe 1 of 100 times I try to connect) and game is working perfectly fine with all features.

Here is Save State from Dolphin 5 and PAL version of Zelda. Put this in Documents/Dolphin Emulator/Save State:
