Wii Remote Plus (Motion Plus) Support?

So, can someone please clarify a little? I JUST started using Dolphin (test-phase really). Bought the "sensor" bar and two controllers with motion plus/nunchucks. The PC detects both controllers. Dolphin does not seem to almost all the time. When it does, it doesn't seem to work well or only for a few moments.
1) Is this a MotionPlus problem? 2) Is this a MotionPlus aftermarket controller problem? 3) Is this just a Dolphin problem? 4) Maybe my system specs? How reliant and intensive is the load on a PC vs no controller? I'm testing on a slightly overclocked quad core Intel at 3Ghz and a 49xx series ATI card I believe and 4GB DDR3. Should be ok for testing at least, right? Any reply would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks! Dan 11-01-2011, 01:37 AM
They sold me a fake Wii MotionPLUS. When I realized, they gave my money back, I've bought it in other shop and it works flawlessly.
Now it works with the Microsoft Stack, so I think everyone who needs the Toshiba or the Blusoleil stack has a fake Wii remote. 11-05-2011, 03:39 AM
I made several test with MotionPlus in Wii Sports Resort, MotionPlus with both the nunchuk alone as installed on it, the result was good, it was perfectly possible to play all the minigames in this game. But aiming at another problem that happens even when the console is the motion plus does not detect the nunchuk, the person tried to resort to using only the nunchuk emulated, only emulated the nunchuk does not work with Motion Plus installed, I think this problem should be solved for qo emulated nunchuk hybrid mode works with the real MotionPlus, chiefly in the amount of people who will want to play the new game from nintendo zelda sword skyward.

Hi everyone! Long time lurker and dolphin user, finally decided to make an account here on the forums to ask a question regarding the wiimote plus.
I promise (I have) searched these here forums, looking for a definite answer if motion plus works. The answer seems to be yes it does (For a classic wii controller + Motion plus dongle) and yes (mostly) for wiimote plus. Uzumaki (above me) said he is having issues using the nunchuk controller with the wiimote plus. Is this a known issue? So my question is: Does the wiimote plus work with a nunchuk? 11-09-2011, 06:59 PM

Guys I'd like to ask if anyone tested 3rd party remote plus controller with dolphin? My motion plus dongle got lost (one of my friends have it...somewhere.. -__-)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
CPU: i5 2500k @ 4.3Ghz GPU: AMD Radeon 7870 XT @ 1150Mhz RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600 11-14-2011, 02:04 PM
Third-Party Wiimotes are supposed to work but I've never tried myself. All you can do is give it a shot.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1 CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked) GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1) RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333 11-14-2011, 02:11 PM
I'll answer this. I bought two on eBay from china with the unchecked and motion plus built in. They never worked in game...sometimes maybe a few seconds. I borrowed a genuine remote and it works sooooo much easier and it works throughout gameplay. Just spend the extra bucks. Seriously. I'm just surprised I'm so new to dolphin and I'm the only one seemingly being so vocal about this.
