Hello, I'm sorry for posting it, i know there are many threads in google about it but I can't find some that fits my problem. I really appreciate your time for reading it. (Sorry for my english).
I bought a new original Nintendo Wii Remote Plus RVL-036 (it's original, I had problems with fakes before so I decided to buy a new one original). I'm using an "Anera Bluetooth USB Bluetooth Dongle" (http://www.anera.cn/pages/pro_detail.asp?productid=1005).
I tried this same process with the same result with Bluesoleil Stack (many versions, from 2.6.9 to 9.0), Microsoft Stack (under windows xp x86 and windows 7 x64), Toshiba Stack (under windows xp x86).
I tried to pair my wiimote plus with the original Microsoft Stack under Windows 7 x64, it recognised the device, installed it and left it ready to use with Dolphin. I entered to dolphin and tried to pair it, or to refresh with no results (0 wiimote found). So then, I tried the native bt stack software that came with this usb dongle (bluesoleil 2.6), did exactly the same process, bluesoleil detected the wiimote, installed it, I refreshed the services, and then tried to connect. It shows "connecting", after that, "connected" the green line is drawed between the device and the orange button. When it gets connected, the wiimote lights turn off, and 5 secs after is automatically disconnects. While it shows connected dolphin recognises "1 wiimote found" but it doesn't vibrate. After many tries (like 25) the lights of the wiimote where off, but bluesoleil showed "connected" so I decided to try dolphin, and BOOM! It got paired and I started finally to play New Mario Bros with excellent results.
After 30 mins, I decided to disconnect it from Bluesoleil waiting for my sister to play. When I tried to pair it again in the same way, it just, didn't work. Same result, tries to connect and after 5 secs automatically gets disconnected.
Then I decided to test with windows xp bluetooth stack, it worked find searching the device, pairing it, but when trying to connect in dolphin, the drivers gets installed and 5 secs after the wiimote gets disconnected.
Then I tried toshiba stack, it worked nicely, detected the wiimote, installed the drivers, and the same result, it gets connected for 5 secs, and then it disconnects.
Why it worked only one time, and then it just doesn't stay connected. While it says "connected" no data is transferred between the device and pc (I saw the bluesoleil status connection with 0 data received or sent). I re-installed all the O.S. 2 times, and the wiimote connects only on the first time and then it just doesn't connect.
I tried to delete the drivers, re-install software, switching stacks, switching usb ports, not using the frontal USB's, even I tried with another HID Joystick drivers. All these options with clean O.S. installations.
I tried to pair with 1+2 buttons, and with the sync buttons in all the possible combinations (I mean 1+2 to refresh devices, sync for connect, viceversa and all the possible combinations) with the exactly same result.
I hope you guys can give me a solution about this problem, I'm frustrated, I've spent days on it (literally no hours) without a solution. If it doesn't work in the next days, I'm gonna give up and try a kinect... lol that's how frustrated am I. Thank you for your time and for reading this epilogue. Have a good day.
