You need to read the rules on making new threads. (Sorry for reporting the post which was in a thread, though.) However in the correct thread there will probably be the solution to this, and you should read it.

This:

Quote:When creating new threads about dolphin, always provide a) your PC specs (CPU, RAM, GPU, Operating System, ..) b) information about the Dolphin build used (version/revision, source, ..) c) Dolphin settings d) detailed description of what you're trying to do (e.g including the name of the game you tried to run). Ignoring this rule will get your thread closed and have you warned off.

Because most people are too lazy to click through to your profile.

Either add specs to your signature, or put them in the thread.

Same problem. I borrowed a friends classic white wiimote and it worked great. So today I bought a sensor bar and the new black motion plus wii mote RVL-CNT-01-TR. And it will pair with my computer but I can't get it to pair with dophine.
I'm using the bluetooth adaptor that came with my Intel DX50SO2 MB, so driver Motorola, Inc. 3.0.2.285

not sure where to find the exact build version but I downloaded it like 2 days ago.

Figured out what version I was running. The install package was named dolphin-3.0-win64-809.exe. It says its a z7 package.

I downloaded the newest Dolphin-win-x64-v3.0-589.z7
Had to mess around with it but synced to computer, loaded up the new dophin and tried to pair. It disconnected. I loaded a game, it said there was no remote. i synced with pc, synced with dolphin, then I reset the game and BAM! it worked. No special extra hardware or software. Hope this helps someone.

Yes, it can be very random, which is why you should keep trying.

Also it is .7z because it is a 7zip file. It is not .z7.
