Hm, even when I didnt have a WiiMote there was a option there.

Do you have a a Plugin_Wiimote.dll in your Dolphin_x64(86, w/e)\Plugins\ directory?

Could try recompiling your SVN release or download a full pre-compiled edition and copy the files over.
