Exclamation
I'm trying to add a physical wii remote as a Bluetooth device on my laptop and it isn't detecting it. I tried holding 1+2 and all 4 leds flash, but when i go to add Bluetooth device it, the Wii remote doesn't appear at all. I have already installed the HID Wiimote 0.3.0.3 drivers and it didn't help. Here is my Bluetooth device info:

Intel® Wireless Bluetooth®
Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator
Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator

Are you trying to use the wiimote for dolphin or on your PC in general?

There is no need to add it like a normal bluetooth device or to install any drivers, you connect it in dolphin's controller settings.

I can't get it to connect at all. I tried holding the 1+2 button at the same time, pressing the sync button in the battery compartment, checking continuous scanning and even unticking it and repeatedly clicking refresh to no avail. I am using the following settings:

Emulate the Wii's Bluetooth Adaptor

Wii Remote 1: Real Wii Remote

<Unticked> Real Balance Board
<Unticked> Enable Speaker Data

<Ticked> Connect Wii Remotes for Emulated Controllers
<Ticked>Continuous Scanning

<Ticked>Background Input

Can't edit my previous post to add more info so I am going to have to double post. Sorry in advance but, I waited over a week before
doing so and I have no choice. Attached is a photo of the Wii remote in question. Notice it doesn't have "Wii" in the bottom. After some research it seems the controller is from the original version of the Wii. Compare my remote to this eBay listing photo.

This makes me thing the remote might not be 100% genuine and made to rip someone(*me*) off.

If it doesn't say Wii (or Wii U) at the bottom, then it is certainly not genuine and it'll be significantly harder to get it working with Dolphin than if it had been genuine.
