Wii Remote issue

So I finally got my wiiremote bluetoothed to my PC.

Dolphin reconizes it, and I can use the wii remote buttons in game, but I can't move the cursor (little hand) to select things.

I tried using candles but had no luck

Do I need a sensor bar to move the hand around???
