Hi, I just recently bought an Nintendo wiimote with a motion plus plug off ebay recently. I have a targus mini bluetooth adapter that is picking up my wii remote consistantly but after a few seconds of adding the device it the icon for the wiimote fades to gray. By clicking properties on the wiimote you get no information(It all says Unavalible). My assumption is that the wiimote connects and then rapidly disconnects. Im trying to figure this out desperately for the last few days. I have tried Bluesoliel to no luck, Broadcomm, and am currently not getting much with toshiba(though im still trying). Does anyone have any ideas on this? Im running Windows 7 x86. ill post an image of what the greyed out wiimote icon looks like. [img][Image: Wiimoteproblems_zps75164ed0.png][/img]

Also i should point out the rename was my doing. It originally had another name but after the second connect it turned to all ? marks.

Quote:Dolphin Revision Currently Using: x86 3.5-367.7

First, you got Dolphin from an unofficial site. Get the latest development version from the official site: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/ Latest as of this writing is 3.5-1700.

Now, right click the wiimote and click "Remove device". Restore the Microsoft bluetooth stack by removing any custom bluetooth stacks, then follow the connection procedure outlined in https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/configuring-controllers/#Real_Wiimote . All operating systems are tested as working with this method (as long as it isn't a -TR remote, a type of Wii Remote Plus). If it still happens after doing things the normal way, let us know.

Just remember that under normal conditions, you'll never have to fool with the operating system or the bluetooth stack. Dolphin handles it for you. The only reason to do all that crazy is the one exception: the Wii Remote Plus with the -TR designation.
