Wii remote inconsistent

My Wii Remote with Dolphin is driving me insane. Sometimes it decides to work, and sometimes it works and randomly disconnects me, and then it doesn't reconnect

What the hell is going wrong? It's infuriating.

I have Windows 10, WiiMotionPlus Wii remote, and the Wii remote is RVL-CNT-01, WiiMotionPlus
