Same trouble here, real wiimote not working in dolphin v5.0 (It works well in v3.5 and v4.0 differents builds)
In my case I suspect the bluesoleil bluetooth stack to be the culprite (not recognize in this new version ?).
I've tested with the default microsoft bluetooth stack and all is OK in v5.0 but with this ms stack, I can't use other software using wiimote (whiteboard, wiimouse, etc..) while using bluesoleil stack they work.
Thanks for any futur idea
