Wii remote disconnects randomly while in game

I'm using the Mayflash Dolphin bar, and a TechKen Wii remote with nunchunks. This issue happens while playing Mario Galaxy, but that's the only game I've used Dolphin for so far. It doesn't seem to have a particular pattern, it just happens sporadically, and usually starts after an hour or so of playing. The only fix I've found was to take the batteries out of the remote, resync it, and unplug then replug the nunchunks. The light indicating that the remote is connected stays, even when this happens. I have continous scanning enabled on the remote, and it works great aside from when this happens. I feel like it could be a bluetooth signal issue, but I'm not sure. Anyone know a possible fix?

I'm having the exact same issue with Super Mario Galaxy so far. My PC has bluetooth so I'm not using the sensor bar as a pass through. Does anyone have any info on what could be causing this?
