Where is the Bluetooth dongle plugged in? Front or back of PC?

I had mine in the back USB ports and it would Pair in Dolphin, but would disconnect when a game was started.

Try moving the USB Bluetooth dongle to the front of the PC, or use a USB extension cable to move it from the back usb ports to the side.

Bluetooth works best if there is line-of-sight.

I got a TomTop mini USB dongle off ebay for about $1.50 delivered.
Maybe try that.
Works great using the driver that Windows 7 installs for it.
I've been playing Skyward Sword no problems. Walking tightropes, 1:1 sword control.

I fought with a disconnecting wiimote for a full day trying different drivers, etc. I'm using a mac mini with built-in bluetooth under Windows 7.

Turns out the problem was wifi. I wasn't even using it, but it was still on and looking for connections. As soon as I turned off Wifi, the wiimote started working perfectly!
