Hello,

I got my dolphin emulator set up and while playing games on it my controller keeps repeatedly timing out. Every 2-3 minutes my controller disconnects and isn't helped by pressing ALT f4. I am using the original wii controller and sensor bar. Also, i am using the latest version of dolphin at the time of posting this. Any suggestions? All feedback is appreciated! Big Grin

You're using the latest stable version, right? Use the latest development version instead.

I'm using to latest development version and still getting disconnected. Sad To add more info about my setup. I am using rechargeable battery blocks specifically for wii controllers as suppose to batteries. My wii and controller(s) are all from about 6 months after the launch of the wii but they work fine on a full charge with normal use of the wii. Please ask me if you need any more info about my wii, pc, etc.

It appears that whenever my remote disconnects the bluetooth also disconnects. Would this be solved by a bluetooth usb stick? I am sure i have bluetooth on my motherboard along but no drivers for it if that's required. I will probably end up getting a usb stick for cheap and hoping that will stabilize my bluetooth connection.

Probably a better bluetooth dongle will help.

The cheap and small ones sometimes need to be a few cm apart from the cpu case, because interference.

I recommend buying the biggest one you can find.
