A message telling me a wiimote is disconnected pops up 5 minutes into gameplay it seems all the time and then the audio will glitch and keep looping and in a few minutes dolphin randomly crashes. The stupid thing is I am not even using a wiimote, I'm using a Logitech controller. So why is this message keep coming up? The funny thing is I am pretty sure I have wiimote set to inactive, so shouldn't that mean it's disabled?

What version of Dolphin are you using? Also, have you updated your gamepad drivers?

If you only use that gamepad, Wiimote 1 should be an "Emulated Wiimote" (with the buttons mapped to your controller) and the rest "Inactive".

Also, do you try to "reconnect" the device after it disconnects by pressing alt-f5 or whatever number it is that disconnects?
