Mine seems to be legit from Nintendo, came in flingsmash bundle, connects to dolphin instantly when I press refresh and hold 1+2. Does nothing in game. Will try to get a hold of my friends wiimote that I had been using on dolphin to check to see if its a problem with new controller or update to new revision.
