I'm running Dolphin 5.0 on a MacBook Air OSX El Capitan. Everything has been working great, but I'm running into problems when configuring the controller for Wii. I'd like to use my keyboard to play.
Specifically, I'd like to use the arrow keys to move instead of QASD. It seems that QASD is the automatic configure for moving around--but when I change the D-Pad configurations, nothing happens. It could be that I just don't know where to change the configurations, but you can see my configurations below.
The other buttons do work when configured. Example: I changed the "A" button to my keyboard's "G" and it worked fine. However, moving is still QASD.
I have tried:
The QASD still reigns supreme. I have read other posts on this forum talking about similar issues, but the answers always have something to do with the above list. However, nothing has worked, and those threads have died without being solved.
Eventually I just gave up--I'm using QASD to move, since the other configured buttons do work. What should I try next?

I have tried:
- Using Keyboard/0/Apple Internal Keyboard/Trackpad
- Checking "Connect USB Keyboard" just to see what would happen. Nothing happened.
- Wiimote 1 is "Emulated Wiimote"
- Checking "Background Input" just to see what would happen. Nothing happened.
- Checking "Upright Wiimote" just to see what would happen. Nothing happened.
- Port 1 is "Standard Controller," not that this should matter since I want to play Wii.
- Quitting Dolphin and opening it again.
- Changing the IR settings into the arrow keys, but this doesn't do anything but mess up the ability to "move the wiimote around" if you accidentally click home and need to use your curser to click "close".
- Making both Swing and Tilt the arrow keys, but this doesn't do anything.
