Which one is it? If you mean 3.5-367 I guess you should have a look here

Frustration!!
This game no longer loads at all for me. No warning, no Dolphin init messages, just a black screen. The only message I get is the Dolphin-created LLE popup, but that's it. I can still quit the emulation fine, but nothing runs, regardless of whether I start from an ISO or through my virtual DVD drive (my physical drive can't read Wii or GC games). This game worked completely fine for me using this exact same version of Dolphin (4.0.2 x64) just yesterday. Today, nothing. All of my other games still work. I've tried adjusting every setting I could think of, including a complete uninstall/reinstall of Dolphin (including all of the files in My Documents/Dolphin Emulator folder). Nothing has had any effect. Does Dolphin use some sort of registry entries that might be causing this? EDIT: I have also now tried deleting both the Dolphin profile and ISO completely, and re-ripping the game from scratch. Still nothing. I can't even begin to understand this. 02-11-2014, 09:29 AM
If I remember correctly, this game might need the Use EuRGB60 Mode enabled. You can find it in Dolphin here:
Options > Configure > Wii > Misc Settings > Use EuRGB60 Mode (PAL60) 02-11-2014, 09:36 AM

EuRGB60 is enabled by default on Dolphin 4.0.2, but it apparently must be disabled in order for Punch-Out to run. It's on the wiki now. What is this EuRGB60 setting about anyway? I can't find any info on it. I have the USA NTSC version of Punch-Out. 02-11-2014, 10:36 AM
Thanks for updating the wiki.
It's a setting for PAL systems and PAL games. It shouldn't ever be enabled on NTSC games. I was going to make a change to ignore the setting when a NTSC game is started but I ran into complications (laziness). 02-11-2014, 06:55 PM

I've been using 4.0.2 for this game with Open GL, HLE sound and disabled idle skipping for the so-called huge speedup, it runs *worse* than it did on other older versions--even with the vertex streaming hack. Performance seems to get worse with every version I download.

Getting my FPS cut in half upon entering the fight select screen and when fighting. NO idea what the problem is, tried most if not everything, still stumped. Can anyone offer some assistance?
