Ok, when we open the door before we see Sae laughing in a room with full of corpses, the game freeze a moment then Dolphin is crashing. I haven't tried with open gl because it's doesn't make a good job most of the time on my system.

The visual glitches with D3D11 are color lines appearing where it shouldn't. It's always the same same kind of glitch I had in Project Zero 4. When it rains you see sometime lines instead of rain. It's slower to render too. But it seems it doesn't crash at all, so I could play the game from begining to end. Switching to D3D11 when needed. I remember 3 places where it does crash. But must of them are in the Kurosawa mansion.

Use latest builds instead of 3.5

I tried a new build, it seems to work better now, thought nit seems my screen is acting weird. Instead of being quick, its loosing the signal from the video card and it took some moments to show anything. But the game is running better. Thank you Tongue

Right-click the game - Properties - Enable "vbeam speed hack"
AMD 6770 can handle 3xIR on demanding games and 4xIR on most games , no AA , 16xAF
Set Framelimit = 30 FPS (PZII is a 30 FPS game) and tick "limit by FPS" (Make sure both Vsync and Audio throttle are disabled)
Btw , do not enable "per-pixel lighting" otherwise you will lose speed ingame

Edit : Just tested the game with my laptop
+Dolphin 3.0 (Per pixel depth is disabled):
_EFB2texture : 27 -> 30FPS (near full speed) .
_EFB2Ram (enable cache): 16->18 FPS (unplayable)

+Dolphin 3.5 stable verion , 3.5 145 and 3.5 1xxx
_EFB2texture : 25-26FPS (a bit slow but bearable)
_EFB2Ram(enable cache) : 20 FPS (Too slow)

These results are Framerate ingame
Graphic settings : 2.5x Internal Resolution (1600x1320) , no AA , 16xAF
Vbeam hack is enabled
Sorry for taking too, but I was rather busy.

Anyways, I used the configs you suggested on Dolphin 4.0-256 and here are the results:

_EFB2texture in D3D: 24 FPS
_EFB2Ram(enable cache) in D3D: 24 FPS
_EFB2texture in OGL: 22 FPS
_EFB2Ram(enable cache) in OGL: 22 FPS

So, I overclocked my system "a little" (CPU from 3.4GHz to 3.9GHz and GPU from 850Mhz to 950MHz): and got these:

_EFB2texture in D3D: 30 FPS (!!!)
_EFB2Ram(enable cache) in D3D: 24~27 FPS
_EFB2texture in OGL: 24 FPS
_EFB2Ram(enable cache) in OGL: 24 FPS

Thank you.
CPU: AMD FX 8350
Memory: 8GB RAM at 1600MHz
GPU: Radeon R7 260X 2GB
Soundcard: onboard Realtek ALC889
MB: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
OS: Windows 7 SP1 x64

If anyone's having speed issues with the game just use Dolphin 3.0 with default settings. I tested three builds (3.0, 4.0.2, and 4.0.2-548) in the same area and the game got progressively slower with each new build, down from 100% speed to under 70%. This is with a 2.4ghz i7 2760qm no turbo
