Anyone can provide control setting of keyboard and mouse for emulated wiimote?

I've read that for some reason the NTSC-U versions of the game have a freezing bug on console when loading the dawn and dusk towers but not of Dolphin? Is there any reason for this? Is this a case of emulation inaccuracy being a good thing?
The gamma appears to be wrong on Dolphin; Wii console presents the game with much darker midtones, crushed blacks, and is generally a lot more contrasty and saturated.
I suspect this may be due to the in-game brightness (gamma?) setting not working on Dolphin, and the "default" setting being a custom brightness value which doesn't get applied due to the setting not working. A possible workaround may be to use Graphics > Enhancements > Post-Processing Effect to apply a gamma correction. I'm still working on an optimal shader for gamma correction (there are many ways to do it -- I'm still experimenting) but here is a super basic one that just applies an exponent to the RGB values. Code: void main() Save as eg. C:\Program Files\Dolphin-x64\Sys\Shaders\gamma.glsl Enable per-game with: Code: [Video_Enhancements] edit: fixed some mistakes 05-22-2022, 07:09 AM
Thank you for adding my hack, I think you should also added that in the NTSC-U Version there is a game-breaking bug that causes the game to freeze, So people should avoid this version.

Can't it be patched since EU/JAP don''t suffer of it (like sayed comments), that'd be good if a AR or Geko code could fix it !
FiXed !????! https://gbatemp.net/threads/creating-a-g...er.355137/ EDIT: it's only for real Wii usage, as it's not buggy in Dolphin !! 07-13-2022, 04:03 PM

If you're going to go through the effort to track down a PAL version, just save yourself the trouble and play the PAL version. 03-12-2024, 01:11 AM
After messing around with dolphin memory engine i was able to find 2 useful address
one is the fps limiter and the other one disable DOF, bloom thus creating a much cleaner image (unfortunately it also removes some lightning and shadows effects) Code: { To enable 60fps change value to 60(in decimal value) To disable DOF-Effects set value to 0 Here's a comparison |
