First of all make sure you have the most recent development version of Dolphin. Most issues might already go away that way. https://dolphin-emu.org/download/list/master/1/?nocr=true
Intel i5-4690k (Devil's Canyon) @ 3.5 GHz (+Scythe Mugen) / Gainward GTX 1070 Phoenix (OC'd) / ASUS Z97 PRO GAMER / 16GB G.Skill DDR3-2400 CL10 TridentX / X-Fi XtremeMusic / Win10 Pro 64bit / Dell S2716DG Monitor / 3x original WiiMote+MotionPlus+Nunchuk

Do you really mean delay or is the sound just bad and stuttery?
Is the game running at full speed? (30 or 60 FPS)? Because if it goes under that, it's normal that the sound gets messed up.
Your computer is very strong so I think it should be able to handle the game. What settings are you using? EFB to RAM?

Nope, it's only a delay, the audio quality is good.

The game runs at 30fps, and even if the FPS counter say it's rocksolid i notice some slight stutter sometime, i have activated the vsync btw, because i hate the tearing.

For the "Enhancements" i'm using only the 3x internal resolution (1920x1584), in other tabs it's all on default and yes, the EFB is set to RAM.

I don't know if this game still needs EFB to RAM, maybe try without.
The little stutters are the shader cache and there's nothing one can do about it (except for using the unofficial Ishiiruka build); but they should get better over time (might only still happen when entering new areas or seeing new effects).
I don't know what's causing that delayed sound, but yeah, look in the audio settings. Maybe you have the latency high up. Just try XAudio2 with HLE.

In the PAL version, there's an annoying white line on top of the screen. This happens only when having PAL60 enabled, and it also happens on a real Wii. Also the fps are 35 with PAL60 enabled, instead of the 30 it should be.

So, could somebody please update the wiki, stating that PAL60 should be disabled for the PAL version? It possibly also causes issues on the NTSC version, because PAL60 often causes issues there.

If anyone else should encounter this issue: If you can see yourself drawing and stuff but the drawing doesn't really work (e.g. the stardust river doesn't appear), try disabling AntiAliasing. Worked for me.

Hi everyone, i was testing okami on dolphin 4.0 I had to note that in in this version has some major upgrades to graphics engine of the game. But i cant do the FBA trick for smooth graphics, i follow the wiki's instructions and it doesn't seem to work anymore. As far i had been researching, all i found date when dolphin 3.5 was still a thing.

I want to play again this game as it look on the dolphin emulator front page, it look so amazing in 1080p so please help me.
