About:

Trauma Center: Second Opinion known as Caduceus Z: Two Super Surgical Operations (カドゥケウスZ 2つの超執刀 ,Kadukeusu Zetto Futatsu no Chōshittō?) in Japan, is the second game in the Trauma Center Series. Second Opinion is the first to be available on the Wii, was a launch title for the system in North America and Japan, and made full use of the Wii Remote and Nunchuk attachment. This version is a remake of the game Trauma Center: Under the Knife for the Nintendo DS, although its graphics and mechanics were completely redone to take advantage of the Wii's motion-sensing controls. The player takes control of Doctors Derek Stiles and Naomi Weaver who is a new addition to Second Opinion. The game also features more voice acting than the original, difficulty levels, a new "Z" chapter that focuses on Doctor Weaver, and a sixth chapter that is different that takes place after the original chapter.

Daco it works almost perfectly. Every once in a while you may hear a little bit of static for about 1 second, but it's rare.

It was pretty easy to control with the Keyboard and Mouse, but now I use the Wiimote and everything is as right as rain (including speed as amdboomer said) Tongue

I cant get it to work. Using PAL version on Dolphin SVN 2962 and i get a black screen stucked at 5fps while i double click on the game icon. Also disabled AA and used IL version, but i keep getting the Black screen. Any solution?

Did you try to use the ZTP option?

Sure, i tried checking/unchecking almost all options at Wii/Gfx/Dsp plugins and nothing works, keep stucked with a black screen (no background sound, FPS freeze). I also tried many revisions of dolphin and it doesnt work neither.

Maybe PAL version doesnt works??

use the keyboard/enable nunchuck. Then, it'll work. Press 6 on numpad.
