The House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return is a compilation and re-release of The House of the Dead 2 and III for Wii. It is compatible with the Wii Zapper peripheral.

Current Emulation Status:
  • As far as I can tell, this game is perfect


Current Optimal Settings (R 3109):
Based on an 940 Black Edition 3.7GHz CPU, HD 4890 GPU on Windows 7 64-bit. Results may vary.

HoD III works fine but II doesn't... goes to a black screen as soon as you choose from menu screen!

All the Sega Game not Perfect on Dolphin , right?

i wish the shoot game "The House of the Dead Overkill " one day would work !!

@ rene mauricio: If you're around, please change the status as this game is obviously not perfect. HotD3 is, but not 2.
BTW why is it that HotD2 won't boot at all? Does this game use 2 .dol files like Metroid Trilogy?

Just got a copy of HOTD2&3 so sorry for the late reply, but I can confirm that this game uses 2 dol files and replacing the main dol with the HOTD2 one makes HOTD2 work perfectly.

HOTD3 can be played using the disc as normal, so I guess its separating them in essence.

I am playing the nostalgia as I type Big Grin

I'm currently using revision 5287 (but thats mainly because I don't really update to new revisions as often).

Played up to chapter 4 and I can say that the game is pretty much perfect.
