This *.ini is NTSC only, it won't help that much. Just download latest rev then run Dolphin -> Righ click on Punch-Out!! -> Properties -> Patches tab and tick "Patch". Should work Smile

just watched that video I also get low FPS (around 22-50) and sound glitches otherwise it looks and runs great
