I finally got this game working @60 fps steady in game!!!

Here try my settings

I got this rev. 5038 (64 bit edition) SSE3 by spellforce not mamario. they both have this rev#.

Spell forces rev Found Here 32 & 64 bit

I really messed with all the settings but here they are for you

I use USA NTSC version, If you have PAL version Enable PAL (EuRGB60 Mode in General < Wii Tab..if incorrect it won't load.)

Hey guys. Having some serious issues emulating Punch Out. Sad Hopefully someone can help.

I'm using Dolphin 2.0 RC1. Don't know what revision it is, or how to find out. Sorry.

I've tried everything under the sun in terms of settings, but no matter what I do, I can't get Punch Out to run at more than 30-40% speed during a fight (Exhibition, Career, doesn't matter).

My specs are very similar to people who have reported running the game perfectly. Dual core processor, 8600GT.

So the game runs nice and smooth, just in ultra slow motion.

I'm using the PAL version if it matters.

EDIT: After turning on Use Real XFB, I sometimes (at complete random) am able to get up to about 50-70% speed. But it still stays at about 30% half the time. I don't understand it. Sad

I found a trick that seems to work across all games in Dolphin (as long as your display is set to 60Hz). Turn off Framelimiter and turn off Audio Throttle (in Sound Plugin) and enable V-sync. Framelimiter and Audio Throttle don't seem to be very good at throttling as they throttle more than they should. However, V-sync works flawlessly.

Not the best solution, some games run at 200% speed with VSync (30 fps games for example)

For some crazy reason punchout runs at 40% to 50% normally but when I enable "overlay some statics" I get 80-95% speed(sound is still slow motion though). Can some one please explain why overlaying annoying text speeds the game up so much? Also can anyone tell me how to make the text transparent or smthn? Im running r5721 64bit. Overlay speed trick only seems to work on the opengl plugin. Specs on my computer are very good. Cpu is duo 2.8 overclocked.

Does the game need the pointer function? If it does, you probably need to use your sensor bar (or if you already have one, you may have set the orientation wrong: Top when it's positioned at the bottom or vice versa)
