Hello everyone, I have an issue when running the New Super Mario Bros game. When I play it on OpenGL the graphics are perfect but it's extremely sluggish (20-30 fps at most) and when I play it with the Direct3D9 it runs extremely well but with graphical glitches. When in Direct3D9 some textures are not properly displayed, like the character's clothing:
Direct3D9 OpenGL Any help would be welcome! Thanks. Edit: By the way, I am using 6gb of memory, 8800gtx and a i7 920 @ 3.7Ghz 02-01-2010, 08:42 PM

It's because you're using an old build, that texture D3D glitch was fixed in a later build.
Also in a recent build, a great deal of lag was removed when not rendering to main window. It should also fix the problem of background elements not rendering properly, as seen in your screenshots. Just download a new revision, you'll be good to go. www.dolphin-emu.org 02-01-2010, 09:34 PM

uhmm... don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I can't get it over 30fps... it's running really slow.
My Configs: Intel Quad Core Q8200 (2.33Ghz) 4GB RAM Radeon HD 5770 Windows 7 (32 bits... yeah I know it should be 64) Running New Super Mario Bros PAL Version on Dolphin r4914. Any ideas of what might be off? Running everything on default - fullscreen 1280x720. Tried other settings too, but no luck... tried DX9 and OGL... same thing on both. |
