I noticed that the Wii and the currencies of the question mark boxes run. When you activate the option "Copy to EFB ram" but they run the game is quite slow. By brand "EFB copy texture to" play it runs fast but the money does not run. Is there another option?

I meant your connection wiimote to pc is normal ways using pair up in dolphin right, but i run bluesolei(bluetooth software) force my wiimote 1 connect to pc immediately (more stable than pair up) then simply connect gamepad to pc ,sometime wiimote disconnect cause of this game <NSMB> problem when i play over 30 minute Laptop: (Show Spoiler)

Nevermind i found the answer from a google search. For those wondering, it's Alt+F6 to enable Player 2 controller in-game.
