But I think is illegal to download a already patched dol ( due to copyright issues ).

If you already have the game disc, you can download a modified ISO or whatever. And if it happens to be illegal, it doens't matter, FBI won't go to your house and put you in jail =P

You can download a patcher that patches your iso, not containing any game files. Anyway, this shouldn't be neccesary in recent revisions.

And SuperSZ, while you don't have to worry about the FBI, start worrying a bit more about the forum mods

I love this game, i have to lower the frame rate or it plays 200 plus FPS on my pc.

Well not on all levels i presume?! Like the 2-1 "sand fontains level", or some of the waterlevels at world 4

Is in VERY low resolution cause higher resolutions when recording make i lose fps (see my other NSMBW and you will notice that runs in normal speed)
The slowdowns that happens (happened in the video) still happening even when i set framelimit ...

I am playing New Super Mario Bros at the moment, and i need to ask you, is it possible to play the games full without lags. i can make it run very good, but sometimes it run a little bit faster or slower and thats why i get killed

I give up ,i have not core i7 yet so i can't answer your question but in my opinion it's possible ,my pentium D with 9800Gt desktop run 30 FRS alittle lags,my core 2 duo 2.0Gb 260GT laptop run 55-60FRS i think no lag at all (sometime happen) and run it on wins7 x64

My setting best tested over 100 wii games(most use):

Core:

Dual core
Idle Skipping
TLB hack
Oftimize Quantizers(Super fast speed work fine with most game)
Lock thead to core( only in some game, rarely use)

Wii console:

Progressive Scan (Never use should let it off)
Wide Screen (oftion)

Video

Disable copy to EFB (remove some graphic error but this game[NSMB] don't use it)
Enable EFB to texture (must use to increase speed work fine with most game)
Safe texture pass(remove some graphic error ,useful with this game)
Use XFB(not sure but not use with this game anyway)
Projection Hack (only use in afew game ,always let it none)
