I did as it said and it did nothing. Just froze! ARrrgggg!!!

I have the same problem even when my Iso is PAL. I have also tried to patch a USA NTSC iso with the instructions provided, but I couldn't found the NSMB.Wii PPF-Patches package anywhere. There are a lot of links in google to mediafile storage, but then i go there and the file has been removed.

I am using version 2.0 for x64 on a Phenon II X3 720 and a nvidea 8800GT video card.
I have checked that wiimote 2, 3 and 4 emulation are disabled, and only 1 is anable that is the one i am using with keaboard

Any help would be apreciated

In r7420 x64 it seems to be especially difficult to get the real wiimote's shake function to work. I mean, you have to shake it REALLY hard. Anyone else experiencing this? It's not quite the same as input lag.
I am running dolphin on a 2010 21.5" iMac using Windows 7 x64 (Intel Core i3 540 @ 3.07 GHz, ATI Radeon 4670, 4Gb DDR3 1333MHz)

@gesaugen: You may need to OC your CPU...2 GHz it's too slow

I found a glitch. On a Computer running at 30% of the Norm, on World 2 and the first level to the Right, it causes physics glitches and allows you to become "Invincible", as well as jump in mid-air.

Mac OS X Snow Leopard
4 GB Ram,
2.53 GHz i5

Other than that, nothing else is wrong.

Try to disable EurGB60 under Wii settings, before I found out about this, NSB Wii was slow as hell.
This setting was only affecting this game and as you say other games run smooth.
