I'm trying to play through it slowly and savor every moment, but before too long I will have found all of the secrets. It's okay though, because I just learned about the Reggie level editor. It's amazing that something like this is already available just a year after the game was released. We had to wait about 10 years after the release of Super Mario World before Lunar Magic came out. I've seen a few interesting levels on you tube already, but I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good hacks for me to try out.

I can't really agree with you, this one only has good graphics and control schemes, but the game itself is short, and there's very few secrets to be found, unlike Super Mario World on the SNES or SMB3. I really wish they would make a sequel to NSMB with a lot more content.

You're right about the secrets. I wish there were more of them too. I didn't think it seemed too short though. Mario Bros. Wii actually has more levels than Mario World. There are 77 levels, and 15 of them have secret exits. Mario World has 72 levels, and 24 of those have secret exits. I was referring mostly to the physics of the gameplay when I said it was the best. I really miss the spin jump (onto enemies) and the cape though. It will probably be a while before someone figures out how to put those things into this game.

Disable wiimotes 2 to 4 and controls work again.

I have a different problem. Since recent builds, NSMB gets stuck on the scrolling background after selecting a save game (just like the glitch when the game was first released). I cant remember the solution to it.

EDIT: Solved the scrolling background. Just created another game in slot 2 and then went back to my original save and all is working again. Wierd.

Disable wiimotes 2 to 4 and controls work again yeah ok that worked but tell me friend if you disable wiimotes 2 to 4 how are you suppose to play this game with more playersHuhHuhHuhHuhAngry

Game works great thanks, got 60fps on world one, however, when I get to world two, it drops down to 30fps. It just seems to happen on world two, the others seem to get on average 50-60fps.

Just wondering if anyone else has found this?

I'm using build r6932 and my specs are Mac OSX 10.6.6, 2.66GHz Intel Core i7 processor, NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M graphics processor with 512MB GDDR3 memory.

Its still very playable, just thought its odd it happens on just world two.

Thank you!

I have a dell XPS 15 laptop with the following config:

Core i5 480M (2.66 Ghz, 3M L3 Cache)
4GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Nvidia GT420M 1GB GDDR3 gfx
500GB 7200 RPM HDD

Super Mario Bros Wii seems too slow on my laptop on anything above 480p. I am using the settings recommended in the 1st page of this thread and the performance enhancements as given in the dolphin wiki.

At 480p I get solid 60 fps, but the screen looks jagged
At 720p, it drops to ~30 fps, which makes it pretty much slow.

I am using Rev 7128 x64. What could be the issue?
