Dolphin crashed after finishing a level.

Am noticing some sound distortion. Only with sfx, not music.
When you click on things in the menu the bleep effects have digital distortion, also in the first water level with the bubbles etc. was noticing digital distortion on those effects too. Not in all games, and only sfx not music. Any ideas anyone?
