Contrary to popular belief, downloading any sort of copyrighted material is illegal regardless of current ownership, it's almost the same as the delete after 24 hours myth. If you own the actual media in question, then you can make a backup like everyone else. There is zero reason to download something you already own and it's quite a contradiction when you can easily make a legal backup.

Furthermore, there is no way to actually prove you own the original media and pictures can easily be faked on the internet.

Are you sure it's illegal to download if you own the game? Pretty sure the copyright law only takes effect if you don't own the original. I could be wrong, it's been a while since I cared.

For some reason I'm no longer able to save my game anymore. It keeps reverting back to an old Save file back in World 4. Even though it states World 6 when loading.

I saved again in World 6 afterwards, with 42 lives. But after starting up Dolphin again, it was back to World 4 again. (It showed World 6 again on the Load Screen with 47 lives).

Well had to start over. Back at World 5 now thanks to the Secret Warp in Level 1-2, but this is retarded.
Saving seems to work again now.

Even if I own a CD of an artist, should I download a tracked version of the album online, RIAA and your national equivalents or copyright holders etc. can still take you to court for copyright infringement if you get caught, or if your proxy supplier reveals your IP info to them due to court order. Owning the product has no legal difference.

The problem is that discussing that subject on the forums will bring wrong kind of attention and google traffic here. It's been witnessed too many times and it becomes often tragically the end of a forum when they recieve negative enough publicity and get in the claws of a bigger opponent demanding their cease or desist, or face a legal struggle which they can't afford.

That is the real reason, not that the hosts are uptight or 'too strict' etc..

I read you can do some kind of a trick/triple jump in this game:

"He can also perform a special higher double- and triple-jump by jumping again as soon as he hits the ground, as in Mario 64."

I am using the x360 controller but for the life of me I cannot perform this- seems like the game doesn't register it. Anyone can advise?

I use the Logitech Rumblepad II for playing Super Mario Bros Wii, and in order to perform that jump combo, you need to quickly jump, and not wait. The whole point is that you chain jumps, if you wait even a second too long between the jumps you won't be able to fully do the triple jump. If you still need help with it, then I can probably make a video for you, showing how to do it.
