From my experience using AA in dolphin at 4x Native resolution is very demanding (in some games, like NSMB) and SweetFX doesn't slow the emulation down at all. I did disable Anisotropic Filtering for NSMB Wii, but don't recall if it was truly needed. At 4x Native I get at least 60 FPS on a 60Hz monitor with EFB to Ram on. Although, I did have to use Xaudio2 instead of OpenAL audio to get rid of sound crackling. I was able to get this performance with OpenGL and D3D backends, but I've switched to using OpenGL by default unless D3D is needed.
[DSP]
Backend = XAudio2
[Video_Settings]
MSAA = 0
[Video_Enhancements]
ForceFiltering = True
MaxAnisotropy = 0
[Video_Hacks]
EFBToTextureEnable = False
This works perfect... thank you
