Well, 35 FPS is what you can expect with that CPU. Try the settings for best speed to improve the performance a little bit.

Surprised his comment wasn't met with more animosity. Do some research of your own man. They literally gave you every option. If it doesn't fix it, get better hardware. What else do you want them to say?
@leandrobsq
Well, then 35 FPS is the highest FPS rate you can expect. There are a few other ways to improve the frame rate (e.g. ICC optimized builds, old Dolphin builds like r6XXX), but they're not supported by us
NSMBW non-spinning coins on EFB to Textures. I found the solution!
1) Open the ISO on Wiiscrubber v1.4 (all the programs can be found here (http://mariomods.com/downloads/tools/) 2)Find the path Stage, them Textures. You will find the file Pa0_jyotyu.arc. Right click on it, them Extract to any folder. 3) Open the Puzzle Editor (download it - link above) 4) Open Pa0_jyotyu in puzzle 5) Go to File->Export image. Save in PNG format with any name. 6) Open the PNG file in photoshop. 4. Make the coin transparent and save.(Just select it on photoshop, and delete - don`t paint it in white color) 5. Import the image with Puzzle Editor 6. Save it with the slow compression. Wait 5 minutes til save - aparently crashes, sometimes, but just wait) 7 - Open Wiiscrubber again 8 - Find the path Stage , them Textures. Right Click on Pa0_jyotyu.arc, them REPLACE with your new file. 9 - Repeat all with the files: Pa0_jyotyu_chika.arc Pa0_jyotyu_setsugen.arc Pa0_jyotyu_staffRoll.arc Pa0_jyotyu_yougan.arc them close the wiiscrubber and Enjoy it!!! |
