I really really want to apply your solution but every time I try to convert png to arc extension, Puzzle Editor crashes! I presume that you have already converted these files to arc. Would you like to share it with others? Thanks in advance. [Image: smile.gif]

Hello, I'm new to the forums, and I also am having some stuttering problems. I have the backend set to Direct 3D11, and I am also using Vsync, with my 46" tv. Internal res 2x Native (1280x1056) and AA 2 samples with 1x Anisitropic filtering. EFB is also set to Texture as I have heard many say is a good setting.

My rig specs are: GPU= Geforce GTX 660 Ti CPU=Intel i5 760 @ 2.80GHz RAM= 12 GB DDR3 OS= Win7 Ultimate

I play all the latest games on high to ultra, and should have no reason for the 5-10 sec freezes in NSMBW. If anyone could help me find a good setting to suit my specs I would very much appreciate it. The game runs beautifully if you don't count the small freezes. Thanks in advance

Increase your IR, your Nvidia 660Ti can do much higher, also use OpenGL with vertex streaming hack, and go to nvidia control panel and set dolphin to high performance mode

Thanks for the reply, but do you have any idea why the 3.0 would work perfectly, but the 4.0 version is freezing for 5 seconds ? Also what IR should I increase to, because I was going to set it to the highest I could. I'm not too familiar with the Nvidia control panel, but I managed to pull it up. Can you possibly explain how to put dolphin on high performance through that ?

Hey, if anybody could help me with the following problem I would be really grateful!

I'm getting frequent, unexplainable crashes while playing this game(NTSC-8.9GB version), particularly when the victory screen is about to pop up(though it regularly happens in battles as well). I can't find any info regarding this on the wiki page, and I can't see why this should happen. I'm running at max FPS without any significant hickups before the crash happens, and I've been playing other games such as Xenoblade and Mario Kart Wii without any problems at all.

I'm using OpenGL, and have the following graphics settings enabled:
-Scaled EFB copy
-Ignore format changes
-Texture EFB copies
-Disable external frame buffer
-Fast depth calculation

Thanks in advance for any help!

I'm guessing you meant Smash Bros. Brawl. Anyway, uncheck SD card and see if that helps it in the Options/Configuration/Wii section Smile

This was already unchecked, so I guess that can't be the issue... Got another suggestion? Undecided
