Another good new, I just fix Direct3D with similar method in openGL.
It seem to disable the alpha channel in the texture buffer and everything work great...
Now, both openGL and Direct3D work without that black texture.
But may cause unknown problem in other games...
So IT IS JUST FOR THIS GAME ONLY!!!!....
