wii nand backup enable dolphin emu to connect WFC?

Ok so the dolphin emu can not connect to WFC because the emu is incomplete/nand issues (or so I’ve heard)

I’ve read a post regarding nand backup, what use is this to dolphin emu, apart from a fancy menu?

With an unbanned/working wii nand backup can/well it enabled the dolphin emu to connect to WFC?

Can dolphin emu emulate the online function of the wii/GC?
