Hi, first post here and new to Dolphin and Wii. I read http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=20110 and http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=19948 but still am not quite sure about a few things and need some confirmation.
So I got my wiimote yesterday wanting to play the new zelda game. The shop staff had no clue about the model no. being TR or not but he did dig up in an old pile a wiimote without the "motionplus inside" tag under the "Wii" logo on the controller.

The wiimote works my win7 recognizes it although it takes a few tries and I had to sync it close to the bluetooth bundle. No problem there but none of the games really worked because I have no motion sensor. While I am planning to get that I just want to make sure I am not missing anything else, primarily the motionplus add on. Will I need to buy the seperate add on to play Zelda since the current dolphin doesn't support it? Is that what everybody's doing or the motionplus inside isn't really the TRs at all just the newest batch doesn't work?
Because if not I could still go back and exchange for a motionplus one.

Thanks in advance.
Wheres the edit button...?

Worth mentioning I couldnt get past the first screen in the Zelda game and

My specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 945
GTX460 1G
4G ram
Win7 64bit

Using r7719m but have a copy of the latest 3.0 as well. Either works.

Try reading the RVL-CNT-01-TR thread its self. Most of what you wonder is in there, some made the tr's work with the Toshiba stack. I found its best to just use the add on motion plus with a non motion plus wii mote. I'm playing skyword just fine with that set up.

I read those. Not every page but the first few and the recent 10. I also read in a post the TR eventually works given enough tries and patience (without the use the script?) http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=21057
I made the thread because I am new to all this and Wii and like everything new it's confusing as hell. Just wanted to make sure I am not missing anything else other than the sensor bar because so far everything works fine in all the games I tried. That and the motionplus addon for games like Zelda.
None of the posts really confirms that all motionplus inside models = the TR models. And I remember one of the posts mentioned the American TR might work but the Japanese absolutely doesn't unless messing with the toshiba stack. So I suspected there may be different model numbers.
