Wii MotionPlus not connecting

Hello all:

My specs first:

AMD Phenom II 965BE
12 GB DDR3 RAM
ATI 5770 Card
Win 7 x64

Dolphin 3.0 -201 (and 204 as well)

Problem:

My Wii MotionPlus INSIDE controller I just purchased pairs with my PC but not inside of Dolphin.

Solution Attempts:

1. I tried removing from the MS Bluetooth and just connecting with Dolphin (no success)
2. I tried using older versions of Dolphin (no success)
3. I tried any and all combinations of pressing 1+2 Pair Up and Refresh and it will indefinitely state 0 connected.
4. I have restarted, ran Windows updates, reinstalled everything.

Any tips or advice would be appreciated. I hate to make this post but I spent the last 90 minutes reading over all the old threads and can not find a working solution at this moment.

Thank you in advance for any advice!

What happens when you press the connect button in Dolphin?

Does the program not respond for at least 5 seconds?
If not, try this:

1. Hit: Windows+R
2. Type in: services.msc
3. Search for: Bluetooth Support Service
4. Rightclick it and Start

It is running. And yes there is a short 5 second delay when I click Pair Up but nothing seems to occur.

Have you ever used Dolphin successful with another controller before?

Does the bluetooth tray icon show any messages? Or do you hear the sound of connecting hardware?
Have you ever used Dolphin successful with another controller before?

Try new batteries.
Try this order: 1 + 2 at the same time and then and the connect button in Dolphin.

I have never had it work before. This is a brand new controller out of the package, official one.

It makes the connecting with new hardware. I put in other batteries and did it in the order you described with the same results

Googling "Wii MotionPlus Inside" pictures doesn't give reliable results. Please look for a photo of the controller and post it.

I have one of those black wii motes that says "NEW 2in1" below A and "Motion plus" below the LEDs. I had to press the sync button inside the controller when connecting it for the first time, but it may also be that I've just used the wrong connection order when I first tried to connect it using 1+2.

You can also try to put your bluetooth dongle into another USB slot. (this should help if you have MotionInJoy installed, which overwrites the bluetooth driver with some incompatible shit to make PS3 controllers work on the PC)

My Wiimote does, it's black and I bought it from Best Buy Yesterday. Built in wii plus , I can't get it to work with dolphin.

This is driving me nuts!

THanks for any help..

In that case...

For those who have got the new RVL-CNT-01-TR Wiimote models, check this thread. A posssible solution may be on it's way. but testers are needed.
