Ok,
after trying for HOURS i finally got it working.
(i installed the packet "xwiimote" - don't knew if it is necessary)
In my case it works with these 5 steps:
1) connect the Wii-Mote to Blueman (not paired and trusted) / (let Blueman open for step 5)
2) open "Dolphin" and "Wiimote Configuration"
3) enable "Continous Scanning" and let the "Wiimote Configuration" tab open
4) press 1+2 on the Wiimote and then the "Refresh" Button in the "Wii Configuration" Menu
5) after clicking the "Refresh" Buttion immediately refresh the Wiimote in Blueman (sometimes you have to try twice in Blueman)
short version:
While connecting the WiiMote in Dolphin you have to refresh the Blueman Bluetooth service for the WiiMote.
It seems like the WiiMote is only detected while i refresh it in Blueman.
Maybe the Developers can make the "Real WiiMote Refresh" Button in Dolphin better working?
