Heya,

I've got a Zelda Skyward Sword edition golden Wii Motion Plus. I've installed the Toshiba USB stack and it connects properly (Although it reports as RVL-CNT-01 rather than RVL-CNT-01-TR). WiinMotion shows input properly and it works flawlessly. Dolphin recognizes it and I can play games - Speaker data is turned off and continuous scanning is on. I use the latest stable 4.0.2 build listed on the site.

The issue - I get occasional "micro lag" in all games that use the WMP. Skyward Sword and SMG2 namely. The game would simply refuse to take input for a second, and if Mario was running toward a bit, no matter what I press he'll keep running. This happens every 10-15 seconds, seemingly at regular intervals, but I'm not sure. I run both games at full speed using either HLE or LLE (Tried playing at HLE, not really sure if this setting can affect the input). If need be I'll post additional settings. Since WiinMotion shows input flawlessly even when Dolphin locks up, I've ruled out the dongle.

BTW you are right, this is NOT a -TR wiimote because of this you don't even need the Toshiba stack if you want to try that

Super Mario Galaxy 2 should not make use of motion plus.
Do the wiimote face buttons continue to be responsive when the nunchuk controls "refuse to take input for a second"?

I know that SMB doesn't make use of WMP. This is just the particular use case I've encountered. I do not believe that reverting to the windows Bluetooth stack would help as again, WiinMote works flawlessly. Lastly no, the face buttons lock up as well. The only that was present at the moment of the lockup repeats itself for the duration of the lockup (movement direction etc.)

I've tried a few more things but nothing really helped... I can confirm it's not a nunchuck related issue, as it happens during the menu in wii sports resort... the emulator would just stop taking inputs from the wiimote (while still processing the last input it got) and after a second it continues as normal. The interval in which it happens is regular.

Ok so.... I've been trying different things, and this is the conclusion I came to - it works fine for about a minute of gameplay, then starts stuttering. I have to disconnect the wiimote from the bluetooth, reconnect, then it repeats.

I try to play DKC:R or SS with the nunchuck and it starts having issues after a minute... I play DKC:R with the wiimote only and it works flawlessly. The nunchuck seems to be the issue.

EDIT: Confirmed, nunchuck issue. I can play without it for hours without any issues... When I plug it in it starts stuttering within a minute in regular 5 second intervals.

EDIT2: I'm at the end of my rope... now I've played Mario Party 9 without the nunchuck and the problem re-appeared... Gonna buy a new dongle and try that.
