I haven't gotten any replies since I signed up but chances are your Bluetooth adapter doesn't have all the required services/systems/whatever for the newer wiimotes. You can find out if you're using one of these wiimotes by checking under devices immediately after you add it. If its name ends in rt, you need a toshiba stack Bluetooth or the dolphin bar.

Go to the dolphin wii zelda skyward sword wiki page for links to controller setup. I was able to get one of my older wiimotes working (skyward sword edition) but it seems that newer models (generally indicated by the sync button on the outside of the controller) with motion+ require a specific adapter.

Interesting note though: I do not have a dolphin bar or the correct Bluetooth stack, but there is a YouTube video that allows the emulation of the sensor bar, by syncing your wiimote to Bluetooth first, then turning on your wii (not plugged in to the Tv).

Tl;dr check the skyward sword dolphin wiki page, for controller setup links (pun intended) and to see if your wiimote is compatible with your Bluetooth adapter.

I have Wii Remote Plus, and the name finish in TR,but Whatever I do Dolphin 4.x.x don't recognize Motion plus,One time I play games motion plus required in newer versions by Unistalling HID device driver(because windows say that is a Unknown device Driver) and try to reinstall, but I don't have successfull,Windows say that was unknown device yet,but motion plus was recognized in Dolphin, and I could play games for some time, how can I see that my Bluetooth adapter is compatible with my Wii remote +? i went to dolphin zelda skyward sword wiki but I don't found nothing about

Since you have a -TR remote, you need to either install the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack, or get a DolphinBar, because the Microsoft Bluetooth Stack doesn't want to fully connect to -TR remotes.
