I have a Offical Wiimot with motion built inside, dolphin bar and Dolphin. First it kept saying controller disconnected due to emulation. I got that fixed and now I keep getting stuck at screen saying attach nunchuk, and wiimotion attachment to the wiimote. I was trying to play Zelda Skyward Sword. Can anyone help?

What version are you using? Pre-Passthrough versions (before 5.0-915, I think) do not support Wii Remotes with MotionPlus either attached or embedded, nor 3rd party controllers at all. Try using the latest dev build with Passthrough and see if that resolves it.

Dolphin works with wiimotion+ built in or as an attachment fine without BT passthrough. It's just mildly buggy sometimes in Skyward Sword.

Apparently it bugs out with everything, so I'd hardly call it 'working'.
